Courses run for 5 weeks and during that time we work on the legs and feet, tummies and chest, arms, face and back.

The last week we put together everything we’ve done and give baby a full massage.

I keep class sizes small so it’s friendly, welcoming and less intimidating.

The course costs £35, all equipment is provided and this includes oil for you to take home and a hot drink and treat after the lesson
